This Orange home has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is on the market for $2 million

An eight-bedroom house with eight bathrooms and a six-car garage in Orange has been put on the market for $2 million.
The property, which comes with two living rooms, two dining rooms, two kitchens and a lounge room, is on Wirruna Avenue in West Orange.
It is one of a handful of million-dollar-plus homes put on the market in recent days, as sales start to ramp up in the new year.
The eight-bedder, with more than 500 square metres of floor space across two levels, is being pitched by the selling agent as “the perfect short-term rental, or Airbnb”.
Another possibility, the listing stated, was for the new owner to “live and use upstairs as a 4 bedroom home and rent out the remaining 4 bedrooms”.
The property sits on a 1,287-square-metre block.
On Friday (January 20,2023) another house in west Orange was put up for sale, with an asking price of $1.5 million.
The four-bedroom house in Linden Avenue is on a 1,089-square-metre block and has double-glazed windows, made-to-measure blinds, a reading room, a powder room and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Meanwhile, a two-bedder on Hamer Street was listed on Friday for $1.29 million.
It was renovated in October 2022 and has timber floorboards, plantation shutters, ducted heating and cooling, gas fireplace and stone bench tops in the kitchen.
