The amount of home on this block is greater than the entire land size of many properties in the city.

The house, in Carpenter Close north of the CBD, was listed for sale this week.
The block size is 2,000 square metres and the house that sits on it is a stonking 488 square metres.
You know there is going to be a whole lot of house when a property is split into an east wing and a west wing.
The agent listing states that the house has a northern aspect and rural views.
Carpenter Close is described as "an exclusive blue chip address".
The house is designed in the shape of what might be described as a Digital W - or is it a V with an al fresco protrusion? - with a middle section linking the two wings.
Is it a bird? A plane?
Along the west wing are a double garage, linen closet, storage, bedroom, gym, coat room, bathroom, media room, laundry, pantry and the main entrance.

Two separate ducted reverse cycle air conditioning units each have their own zoning, and the west wing can be completely shut off from the rest of the house.
There is solar (10kw), a shed and a 33,000-litre tank.
The price guide for the property has not been made public by the agents.
