An off-grid, solar passive home in Nashdale sold on Friday (June 23, 2023) for more than $3 million.

The spacious and modern Nashdale Lane house has three bedrooms and one bathroom and sits on nearly 21 hectares.

It was described by selling agent Benchmark Lifestyle Property as "one of the finest properties to be offered for sale in recent times".

It was built by local firm L-Con Building & Construction and completed in late 2016.

A large open plan living, kitchen and dining area with high ceilings opens to a brick-paved patio.

There is also a double garage and workshop.

There are multiple dining spaces, including an area with a brick wood fired oven.

The home is located down a private laneway, with full 750-metre frontage to Heifer Station Creek.

It is about 1km from Nashdale Public School.

The property sold for $3,010,000, and was able to be viewed by inspection only.

The DA approved design allows for an additional master wing with separate formal lounge.

In other sales news, a new house in the Shiralee estate sold on Friday for $1.12 million through Our City Real Estate.

The four-bedroom home on Sweetheart Drive has two bathrooms and a double garage. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and en suite.

The block is 801 square metres.
