3BR double brick house on Summer Street listed for $369,000. Buyer will need a positive attitude

A three-bedroom home in East Orange is on the market for just $369,000, about $300,000 less than the median house price in Orange.
The double-brick house, at 404 Summer Street, is on a 405-square-metre block.
From the street view, the house appears quite the bargain. Inside, though, reality bites.
According to the listing the house has been in the same family for many years.
Whoever buys the property will have to continue spending as it appears uninhabitable.
It's not known how the bones of the property hold up, but the carpets need to be replaced, and the walls and ceilings stripped and redone.
The kitchen is circa another century and will need to be thrown out and another installed.
The backyard has an old-school clothesline and enough grass to kick a ball.
"In a brilliant location not too far from Bill's Beans and East Orange Post Office and close to schools and sporting facilities," the listing reads.
